MOMs Conference 2020 Cancelled- COVID-19
The MOMs team have come to the difficult decision to cancel the conference until summer 2021 due to the COVID-19 outbreak. This decision has been made in the best interest of all our attendees and volunteers, and in accordance with the University of Manchester's decision to cancel all events of more than 100 people.
We hope you all stay safe and healthy during this difficult time.

What is it?
The conference will involve workshops delivered by representatives from various organisations including the General Medical Council and Medical Schools Council. Sessions will cover interview skills, tackling health inequalities and professionalism in medicine.
In addition, there will be workshops on the A-E assessment used in medicine, medical ethics and how treating the patient as a person can have a huge impact on the delivery of care.
Participants will also have the unique opportunity to research a subject of their choice and deliver a presentation to peers and a panel of medical students. Participants can expect to obtain constructive feedback and certificates. There will also be prizes awarded for the best presentations of the day.
MOMs hopes that participants will:
Gain insight into the vast world of medicine.
